No mention of not being able to print from your phone or remotely controlling the printer without a $80usd per year subscription? Or that the mobile app is full of ads unless you buy the subscription?
I had my eyes set on the k1 max but these things are a turn off.

I have just got mine but had non of the problems, haven't tried the app yet though. I didn't connect to the cloud and it prints fine via Lan and Wifi, I can control it too?! On top of that my benchie printed in under 13min... Some updates maybe?

There is no USA phone number to call. I had 4 different incognito support chat windows open since around 8 AM (it is now 1:34 PM). I am a well seasoned cyber security guy by day and am very able to troubleshoot this printer. IMO, you should really, really think twice before a Creality purchase. Their support is negatively impactful and you might as well have a brick for a printer WHEN in malfunctions.
