Creatacard gold 2 will not load on window 7

Hello,
i have just purchased a laptop running window 7 but my version of ceatacard gold 2 will not run as it is not a 64 bit disc .
can you help please.

64 bit versions of windows can run 32 bit programs with no problem. It can't however run 16 bit programs. If this program is old (16 bit) it won't run. If it's a 32 bit program, try going into the program's properties and change the compatability mode to XP.
