create a favourites menu

Having upgraded to windows 10 I no longer have the old, favourites menu on my jeeves browser page. Is it possible to create one without having to go to the (favourites, feeds and history icon)

Take a look at this article by Microsoft provided you're talking about the Favorites link located in the left hand corner of your drives/pc browser page and not in your Internet Explorer internet browser which has been replaced by EDGE in Windows 10.
