I am looking for Jon0123 for the primary key

This is what I have so far Name: [LastName,3] & ", " & [FirstName]

Would it be easier for me to explain what I attempting to do

Something like:

Name: LEFT[Lastname, 3]&LEFT[Firstname, 1]

From John Smith, that gives "SmiJ"
