Question Create Paid Wifi Hotspot

hi,i downloaded Pan Cafe Pro and registered my computer.i wanted to have a Paid Wifi Hotspot at home using my laptop. i installed Pan Cafe Pro on my laptop as Server.

what i have:
1 router provided by my ISP
1 spare router
1 laptop

what i wanted:
i want to create a Paid Wifi Hotspot(they'll connect to my wifi using the ticket/passcode provided by Pan Cafe Pro)

PisoWIFI and TAP WIFI cost much.

If you think those are expensive, try a paid developer to write the WebAPI, net certificate for encrypted communications (Couple thousand $) and then a monthly licensing fee to the CC processor.

In other words, good luck with that.

I'm not trying to mock you. But it's an expensive venture to set up such a complex system.
