Create three separate networks

What's the best way to create three (3) separate Wireless networks that will all use the main Ethernet link?

I want to create three completely separate wifi networks that do not talk to each other at all. Can this be done with individual routers connected to the cable modem and each router creating its own network?

I want each group of my company to have their own LAN. So Group 1, 2 and 3 would be on their own separate LANs but all share the Internet access link.

I want to avoid appliances such as hardware firewalls to route traffic and deal with DMZs so thinking three routers could do it easily and connect to the WAN (Internet) interface via a simple switch.

An additional home or SOHO type router as an access point won't make a new network, just a new access point to the same network. That is, the computers connecting on one access point will be able to communicate to all the shared resources in the office. Think of an access point as a locked room where anyone with a key can open a door and plug into the one underlying network. So you can only limit the number of people in the room, not where they go on the network.

Adding routers through double NAT, by using the WAN port on the additional routers may provide what you want but is not reliable.

Having three reliable independent networks, where computers on one network cannot communicate with those on other networks, while sharing a single internet connection takes a business quality router. Usually one that doesn't have wifi, like the typical SOHO router do. You should look at equipment from Ubiquity or Engenius that handle VLANS (virtual LANS) before purchasing the typical wifi equipment found in most stores.
