Creating a Bootable System Diskett

I am running XP Hm Edition and wanted to create a Bootable System Diskett. Where and how is this done with my XP O/S. I am going to use it to possibly update my BIOS. Thanks in advance for your help :>.

Put a Blank Floppy in the Floppy Drive, Right Click Floppy Drive ICON in My Computer, Select Format, put a check next to "Create an MS DOS Start Up Disk" and Initiate the Format. Simple as that.
