So, I have an old playstation 2, which is broken, now instead of trowing it away I wanted to reuse it as a hard drive hub kinda thing. Meaning that I want to place mutliple ssd's into the ps2 case. I'm wondering if its possible to connect all the ssd's with each other so that I can easily plug it into my pc with one usb cable and browse all the files, instead of having to label and switch ssd the entire time. If its possible how? And would I need an extra power source?

Solution

Buy one of these:
https://www.amazon.com/Mediasonic-ProBox-HF2-SU3S2-SATA-Enclosure/dp/B003X26VV4

Dismantle it, and mount the pieces inside your PS2.

Done.
