Creating AI Flight Plans

I've never played with manually assigning flight plans to
a particular aircraft before, so here's what's going on.
I'd gotten the American Airlines B752 with the retro paint
job, decompiled the traffic file, put it into the aircraft
file, but since I haven't assigned a flight plan to this
aircraft as yet, I haven't recompiled the traffic file.
What I want to do is get AAL flight 45 from DeGaulle at
13:23 local time, arriving at Kennedy at 14:52 local time.
Then I want the same aircraft and flight number to leave
JFK at 17:19 local time and arrive at San Francisco at
19:48 local time. Cruising altitude should be anywhere
between FL340 and FL370. If anyone can list the proper
syntax for this particular flight plan, it would be
greatly appreciated. I would really like to see this
aircraft in action.

1. Get AI Traffic Mover from here:
http://www.molitor-home.de/fs/aitm/
For FS2004, you have to first install the FS2002 version, and then
update it with ver 2.0a.

2. All flight plans have to begin and end at the same place.
So you have to figure out a route that gets your aircraft from
San Francisco back to DeGaulle.

3. Using AITM, open you flight plan and then add the new route.
AITM has some error checking that you can select as well. It's
probably better to convert all your times to GMT before you start
(though you have the option in AITM to set the time zone used for
displaying times).
