So, I have one PC (mine) with Linux Mint and I new one for my mom is without OS and she's using Windows.

How to create bootable USB w. Windows 10 on mine?

I mounted image using available write iso option but USB is not booting that way when I plug it in hers PC.

Any app similar to Rufus that will made working USB?

Solution
All usb creators that run under linux can be found here

If you install wine on linux you can try to run the ones that are windows only as well.

If everything else fails you will have to install windows on a virtual machine to create the usb install, you can skip the registration on windows 10 and it will work fine.

Well yes, I want to download ISO from Microsoft website, and create bootable USB with it on my Mint PC.
I remember that I couldn't do that for my friend some time ago, but I think I haven't tried WoeUSB, as I read it's only thing capable of making functional W10 USB.
Gonna try tommorow, I hope it will work.
