Creating folders for photos with easy access

[quoteramsg=898865,1,1078849]Need to know an easy way to create a photo folder and label on my Toshiba laptop using Vista Home Premium[/quotemsg]

The answer was quick and short. Need to create a folder of photos .I have created some folders by pure luck rather than knowledge. Am not in situation where I can just pick up a folder and then transfer it to "TASK" bar.
Not sure what task bar is and where is it? I know I can use mouse tBo move items. Am still very shaky about how to open 2 fields from which I can drag item from 1 to the other. Did it once and now at loss as to exactly how I did it.

I know I can open two fields and minimize one on top of other to be able to drag/drop which I have done-- But need to know the proper procedure for doing so and steps involved so that I can easily repeat the process again and again.

Unfortunately, I have done things once and have not been able to duplicate . There must be a standard process to both; !) Create a f and folder and then be able to transfer out of it into another seperate folder.

I have many photos already in computer under Picasa and also Walgreen's along with Inbox.com.
I need to sort out photos and clean up my photo folders(?) .

If anyone knows an easy way for me to move photos out of Picasa or Walgreens or now Inbox. com I would much appreciate any knowledge methods that I could employ to do so. I keep downloading photos from camera into laptop and have been able to email photos to various folks using my Hotmail address, The Yahoo address seems harder to figure out so I keep using my Hotmail.

If anyone can answer my above questions about my quest to create folders and then move items out of them to others I would greatly appreciate it. Steve Bell

Good, quick answer but I really need to know how to create a folder firstly, then I need to be able to transfer (dragging with mouse) items from one folder to another. I keep downloading photos into laptop from camera(s) . Use both Picasa and Walgreen's and now some into Inbox.com site.

What is method of moving photos from one folder to another. One time I opened 2 sites at once and then dragged photos from one to another. I Have NOT been able to replicate that since.

Must be a method of opening folders and then dragging items from one to another. Any easily learned method in several steps that will always work in attempting to move photos from one folder (file?) to another?

I realize that none of this is rocket science but one needs to know basic steps which I am still looking forward to learning. Any help would be much appreciated. Steve Bell
