Instead of using a USB flash drive, would it be possible to create a 10gb partition on my external hard drive and put the Windows 10 Pro ISO on there and then choose that particular partition to boot during the BIOS set up? Or does it HAVE to be a USB flash drive?

Solution
It has to be a physically separate drive. If it is not, your system will keep taking you to the Windows set up over and over, and you can't choose which device (partition in your case) to boot from in the BIOS. 😛

Knew it would involve something tedious like that. I brought Windows 10 Pro but I can't find the "Windows 10 Pro" option on the drop down menu, it isn't there. Any ideas?

Wait what drop down? Attach a screenshot.

Solved it! Apparently there isn't a Windows 10 Pro option, apparently it all depends on the serial number you provide which gives you the option of Pro or not. Cheers anyway bud.
