Creative Annihilator Pro OR Asus GTS2 MX

People People!
Cannot afford a GTS 2 leave alone a GTS3 ..
Please help e decide a ASUS V 7100 Geforce 2 MX 32 MB
or a Creative 3D Annihilator Pro 32 MB.
Some one says Asus is over priced and others that creative is closing down!!!!!!
Mind u in India (my country) , we don't have the choices one has in the US ...

The Creative Annihilator Pro is based on the original GeForce Processor and the Asus GeForce 2mx is based on the lowest performing of the Second Generation GeForce Processors.

The difference in performance of the two cards isn't very high. I would go for whichever one is cheaper. Also, check if you can find an ATI Radeon Value Edition card in the same price range. If you can, you should go for that one.
