Creative Console Launcher and THX setup console problem

Hi guys!
I have a problem, and i've been banging my head over it.
I reinstalled windows 7 64-bit and now i can't get the console launcher and the thx setup console to work.
When i try to open the console launcher, this is shown http://puu.sh/65W2X.png
I have Creative X-Fi Elite Pro Sound Card and this is just driving me crazy.
Otherwise my speakers are working, but i need to adjust the bass and headphone settings, crystalizer, but now i am not able to do this.
Please help
my speakers are creative inspire t6100

did you try the troubleshoother on creative http://support.creative.com/Products/ProductDetails.aspx?catID=1&CatName=Sound+Blaster&subCatID=208&subCatName=X-Fi&prodID=14064&prodName=X-Fi+Elite+Pro since it did not detect the card .

did you try to reseat the card or use another pci slot in the motherboard to see if it will be detect .

The card is detected
"This device is working properly." this is said in the device manager...creative software is so shitty

nope...tried everythimg that's on internet, but i see that there are other people that can't fix this problem, it's just that Creative drivers and software suck...that's the truth
