Hi guys

I've been having this problem for quite sometime now, even when i was using Windows 7 Professional 64 bit, i am having a hard time getting my rig to detect my PCI express x2 slot, which my Fatal1ty X-Fi card is seated & occupied with the Black, Orange, Lime, cables that are intact, i run the audio disc and it states that my card is not detected at all.

I cannot remember but i did do a system repair while i had Windows 7 Professional 64.
And everything worked just fine.. But this is what i was aiming and shooting for, so i have Windows 10 Professional 64 bit, i took my PC down and cleaned all the dust out of it, and attached every component behind the I/O shield. And every card is seated in properly.
It's just the soundcard, that's giving me trouble the card is currently plugged in the x2 slot.
The white LED is lit, so it's not the card hardware wise, but! software wised seems like.

I've ran a driver cleaner to see if i could expunge the Creative drivers, but seems like they're not on board, and my video card is so darn big that it takes up the other PCI-express x2 slot, i have a Logitech Z-5500 THX surround sound, as I've stated before i have all the audio components connected correctly. It's very mind boggling i really want to know what's going on with this. It's a

It may simply be a compatibility issue seeing that it lights on and appears to work. If I were you I would look into downgrading to Windows 7 if possible simply because i know there have been issues with software and such. (Windows 10 uninstalled my Kaspersky Security), so if I were you and you can downgrade I would recommend.
I also wanted to know what you were doing before it stopped working, do you remember anything specifically that may cause the issue.
Please respond, Kliqx.
