Creative OEM PCI-E Sound Blaster Z Soundcard

does anyone know if the Creative OEM PCI-E Sound Blaster Z Soundcard comes with creative software that includes the equaliser and facility to change outputs from individual speakers ? Or do I need tppay the extra £20 and get tne "no OEM" version

Bought the OEM version and happy enough with it - nice improvement over the 4 year old creative 5.1 gaming card I had.
