Creative or Audionic 5.1

Hi everyone, I am upgrading my Audio system from 2.1 to 5.1, I cant choose which one to get, I don't know which of these both produces quality speakers, & can you tell by the Specs that which will provide better bass & Audio Quality, am not much into loudness.
99% of the time I'll be playing games & watching movies & other TV shows & I don't listen to music.
Plz help me out asap.

the audionic will be loud as output is more.
but according to me,for movies and games go for creative because the audio quality provided by it is crystal clear.
so according to me the creative is the best option if its for gaming.
