Creative Sound Blaster AUDIGY RX 7.1 Model Number Question

I was looking for sound cards and I found this sound card and looked at the model numbers.
On Amazon, the model number is 70SB155000001. However, on eBay several were the model 30SB155000001.

Are there any differences between these models found on these sites?

Perhaps the 30 was an earlier model and 70 is a more recent batch.

I guess so, I thought I could've saved some money if they were the same thing.

per amazon the 70 is the retal card the 030 is bulk/oem card.
