Creep Pen drive

I have a Pen Drive of 16GB, it shows 15.9 free space, but when it comes to copy or paste something in to this Pen drive , transfer speed below 500KB.. 🙁

some days back i was talking to my frnd about this he told me that some people able to make low size Pen drive in to big size but, but it makes speed of particular vulnerable, there is someway to change it size to previous sone?

Yes, it is possible to modify the geometry of a flash but it isn't for the faint hearted to try. You have to determine the number and sizes of the cylinders, sectors and heads and if you don't have a starting point, original size for example, you could spend hours on it. Is it worth it?

Bestbuy has a Sandisk Cruzer 16gb for $5 today. Why would you waste your time with some no-name brand to begin with?
