Question Critical Process Died Blinking Screen

Hi, I recently started getting a black blinking screen when I would load up into windows preventing me from doing anything. I tried to ctrl alt delete and then shift restart to get to the troubleshoot menu but when I restart it I get a blue screen which says critical process died. Does anyone have any ideas?

I can’t do any of them except for reinstalling windows through the bios as whenever I load into windows it just blinks and I can click anything or do anything
