Critical Process died error every cold boot

If turn on my computer after a period of time when it is turned off, it will give a critical process died error. When I reboot, the problem seems to go away. Is there any reason for this?

Where are you seeing the error? Are you able to get all the way into Windows before it gives it to you, does it happen while Windows is loading, is it after 10 minutes of being in Windows, etc.

It happens just after logging in to windows and before my Corsair drivers initialize.

I haven't booted into safe mode because it always works again on the second boot.

Next time you boot cold, do it in safe mode
