Critical process died.

So I was trying to upgrade my PC to the new creators update and during the process i got the BSOD critical_process_died. I can no longer get on to Windows and I'm stuck at a troubleshooting page. I can't boot in safe mode, I have no restore points and I really don't want to reinstall Windows. Does anyone have any idea on what I could do to fix this issue?

I've had so many issues with windows 10 and it's really starting to annoy me. Is it just my PC? I have a budget PC with cheap parts, would that affect Windows being bad?

Get the mediacreation tool, and do a clean install. Its just been updated so you can get the creators ISO
