critical process error

got a critical process error on windows 10. tried to restart in safe mode, will not acknowledge keyboard or mouse get screen with Choose your keyboard layout. any suggestions

I was wondering if you followed the Correct Procedure to Get to Safe Mode in Windows 10?

If nothing else works, many times most of the issues can be resolved by Restoring Windows to an Earlier Restore Point.
