CRITICAL_PROCESS_DIED BSOD within minutes of boot

My computer will get the CRITICAL_PROCESS_DIED BSOD. I've searched everywhere and did everything I can to fix it. Checked drivers, re-downloaded chipset, scanned hard drive for errors and cleaned registry files. I have yet to find a fix.

Specs:

MSI 970 Gaming Mobo
R9 200 Series (290x)
AMD FX-8300
Windows 10 Pro
1TB HDD
Corsair CX750M PSU

If you already tried updating the drivers, I assume the is not related to ntoskrnl.exe. If possible, can you please check the mini-dump file and see what caused the error.

To start with, you can Scan Your System Files for Errors and if the solution fails to work, it would be good to Restore Windows Windows 10 to an Earlier Restore Point, i.e. to the date when your computer worked well.

No minidump files were created.

Already Tried SFC, and my hard drive is locked? wont let me reinstall windows or wipe it.

Go to another computer and download Windows Recovery on an USB stick. Stick in in to your PC and boot from it. Format your hard drive.

Completely reformatted hard drive. reinstalled drivers and still does it.

Then the issue is hardware related I think 🙁.
You could check if anything is wrong in the BIOS but I'm not an expert.
Check your RAM with memtest86 (search youtube for instructions).
Check your hard drive in some way.
Check other components.

Went thru the bios and didn't see anything out of the ordinary (that I understood). Checked ram with memtest86 and nothing is wrong. Put my GPU in another computer and it worked just fine. No spare hard drives to check if thats it.
