MB + CPU - A bit dated now... Look toward Coffee Lake in the i7-8700k and Z370 chipset. EDIT: After upgrading the CPU COOLER, PSU, WiFi, and adding an SSD... lowered the CPU to an i5 for cost reasons.
CPU COOLER - The Hyper 212 EVO / LED are fine for an entry level stock replacement. If you stretch the budget a bit, the CRYORIG H5 is a good upgrade.
SSD - Try to find a way to add one to your budget otherwise this will be holding you back. SK hynix, WD Blue / Blue 3D, Sandisk x400, Crucial MX300 / BX300 or the Samsung 850 EVO are all good SATA based options.
PSU - Very weak! For an overclocking setup, stick with a Tier 1 or Tier 2 unit. www.tomshardware.com/forum/id-2547993/psu-tier-list.html
WIRELESS - There is a reason that is $8. Look toward an internal WiFi unit..
