Any suggestions?
The case is a definite, I already got it (jumped on a deal that's ending tomorrow, and I like the case itself).
The cpu and mobo are also 99.999% definite. I'll be able to get the 3700k through Microcenter for 90$ less than the price from Amazon, so that's pretty much for sure.
I'm mainly unsure about the memory and power supply.
Also, I'm aware of the case not having the external USB 3.0 port. I'm not really concerned with that compatibility...

I see nothing wrong with it. Just FYI the HDD you listed is discontinued and seagate's current model cost $79 instead .

for HEAVY video editing (assuming it'll be HD) you'd be better of with 32GB of RAM (its freakin' cheap anyway) and your HDD should preferably be running in a RAID config (so you'd need 2x HDD). I'll stress it again: for HEAVY video editing.
