The case is a definite, I already got it (jumped on a deal that's ending tomorrow, and I like the case itself).
The cpu and mobo are also 99.999% definite. I'll be able to get the 3700k through Microcenter for 90$ less than the price from Amazon, so that's pretty much for sure.
I'm mainly unsure about the memory and power supply.
Also, I'm aware of the case not having the external USB 3.0 port. I'm not really concerned with that compatibility...
