I have a PC Build, I am able to play CS:GO on medium at about 30-50 frames. I playn to get a gtx 960 soon.

I actually don't think you need new RAM, unless you are getting BSOD's because of it or something. Its DDR3-1600, very up-to-date

You will want a new PSU. The one part you do not want to go cheap on is the power supply. If something goes wrong in it, all your parts could get fried. I would get a nicer PSU, preferably with more watts, though a GTX 960 will work on 400 watts. Also a modular PSU could make for cleaner cable management and therefore better airflow. I recommend:

An optional upgrade: Get an SSD. You are using used HDD's, and I imagine they are slow. An SSD will show a massive boost in responsiveness and loading times. It will also put less work on the HDD's, so they will probably last longer.

If you get a new psu (which you should), and an SSD, the next upgrade would be the FX-4350 to a newer AM3+ CPU. This is not at all necessary but if you notice your PC being slow go for it.
