Will everything work well together? (Checked the CPU but not sure if the video card will work well?) and anything I can improve in the price range?

They will work together. However, the cpu is a bit weak for a gaming pc. Dualie should be at least 3Ghz. Or get a tri or quad under 3Ghz.

Also, you need a 450W+ PSU for that gpu. This is a good one:

That PSU isn't a good one. If you're going Antec PSU, you should definitely get an Earthwatts.

Agree with the CPU suggestion.

Don't get that WD HDD. The newer Samsung Spinpoint F3's are the best drives out right now, and are generally cheaper than WDs.
