If you don't plan on using SLI any time, you can save money by getting a 550-650W PSU, and save some money getting a cheaper Z97 Motherboard.
Even save some money on the RAM, keeping to the more blue/black theam the Mushkin http://pcpartpicker.com/part/mushkin-memory-997069s is $10 cheaper and same speed and quality as the Corsair.
