Critiques and suggestions please

I know this isn't the best looking case mods you have ever seen but this is my first computer I've practiced on. Please let me know what you think about the way I have my fans positioned and if you know any ideas or tips you could give me to help me get my case as cool as possible. I want to overclock my system and I have a Cooler Master Hyper 212 Plus CPU Cooler I purchased from Tigerdirect.com that should be here tomorrow. My system temps are pretty low for now but I want to get them as low as possible before I start overclocking my system. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I appreciate the feedback. I know adding the CPU cooler is gonna help out some but other than that, I'm with you, I don't see or know much more that I can do.
