ive been gaming for a while and i want to build my first rig so looking for help looking over it and helping me understand why to remove/change/add or better deal else were, also how loud will it be

I would say you have yourself a gamer. I don't see a thing that needs changing, looking some kind of good if your budget can handle it. :)
 
no reason for an 850 psu unless your planning sli soon. 550 will be enough
change out the stock fans on the h100i as they are loud, some corsir sp editions are great and quiet
you dont NEED 16gb, doesnt hurt tho
the sabertooth doesnt have that quick overclock, i believe the pro and deluxe do.
 
around 2k give ore take a few hundred, using my toshiba 55 inch around 100 fps and i play lol skyrim diablo cs others

The Pro does for sure ( I am Using one ). The 850 is a bit of overkill, but didn't say anything as I am running one.

I presume your TV is 1080 and can display 60fps max (irrespective of 200Hz marketing etc).

Your build is awesome, but way overkill for any game at 1080 60fps.
 



really depends on what your liking....if you want a full/mid/micro/itx....
