I decided to upgrade my computer and, after some research, I have decided to use the i5 3570k. My main question is functionality. I would like to OC and I'm curious if everything else can handle it.

what sets them apart? is ASUS simply just a higher quality brand?

both are more or less the same....just that the vrm and power phase design of this board is better (very important for oc ing)
