[SOLVED] Cropping certain objects in Movie Studio 16 Platinum

I've seen in YouTube videos, namely from DollarPlays and CornholePatrol, that they would only take the person and audio from an existing video. Almost like a green screen effect. I don't know what the technique is called, does anyone know where I should look to learn how to do that, and do I need a different program to do it?
