HEY Guys i want to know weather the CROSAIR cs550m is any good

The CS series is not very reliable when compared to other similarly prices psus. I don't recommend it.

Nope, the CSM series are poor value for their relatively meh quality and not so great voltage regulation.
The new CXM series are better value if you're looking for a new power supply. (Black label version, not green)

The NEW CX psus probably are, the OLD CX units not so much.

The 430, 500, 600, and 750w are old.

The 450, 550, and 650w are new.

i have gone tru 4 in just over 2 years corsair is great about their warranty they even upgraded me this time to rm550x.

anort3 you are so right about my post but i did get a good psu this time in the rm550x so far so good my rig is totally silent
