No, the R7 250 is a rebranded HD 8670, which is not crossfire compatible with an HD 7750.

7750's can crossfire with 7750's and 7770's (and I believe the rebadge of it being the R9 280).

R7 250's can crossfire with R7 250's and whatever the 250 was a rebadge of.

List isn't 100% accurate. With all of AMDs rebrands you can get other combinations, like a 250x and an HD 7770 will crossfire.

I think it may be possible, bit it's definitely not feasible. I'd highly recommend you to get a 7870 or R9 270X instead, as those would be way faster, and crossfire is not even supported by every game.
