Crossfire compatible hardware ?

Hi !

I have an ASRock B75 Pro3-m motherboard, Corsair CX500M power supply and I'm getting a a R9 270 GPU... Later on in the future I want to go Crossfire - Will my hardware be compatible ? My MOBO says, that it is CrossfireX compatible and the PSU should be to so can I add the other GPU later ??

yes, the mb supports crossfire however 500W is a bit too low for 2 r9 270-s

How much is the minimal for two r9 290's ?? 600 should be fine,right ?

for 2 r9 270 cards, yes, 600 sounds good. even the 500 might do but it's cutting it too close for my taste. (150W is the max tdp for one of them)
