Crossfire Issues with RX 480

Hey guys, I recently bought a second RX 480 that I am trying to crossfire but my Radeon Settings isn't giving me the option to enable it. Here are my system specs:

CPU: Intel i7-6700k LGA 1151
GPU: 2x ASUS ROG RX 480 8GB
MOBO: MSI B150 PC MATE
RAM: 16 GB DDR4 2133
OS: Windows 10 Pro
PSU: Raidmax 800W Power Supply

Updated my BIOS to latest firmware, Radeon Settings are updated to 17.5.1, all Windows Updates are completed. Can't seem to find any answers anywhere online. Any help would be appreciated! Thanks!

Crossfire Bridges are not needed for RX 480s as far as Im aware. I'm thinking I need to upgrade my motherboard.
