howdy.
i have a R9 390 and acquired a R9 390x. i've never used crossfire or sli before, so i'm more than likely doing something wrong or completely clueless in how this works, but i can't get it going.
both are running on a Z97X-Gaming 3 board w/ 1000w PSU. tested the "new" card and it works. newest adrenaline drivers.
in the radeon software crossfire is enabled, and then i realized under gaming i had to specifically turn it on for each game too...so i've tried Forza 4 with each mode: default, 1x1, afr friendly/compatible but the second card just does nothing...or at least according to the radeon performance tab.
eh?
