Crossfire/SLI is better or SIngle Graphics Card

The following is my system configuration:
Motherboard: GIGABYTE Z170 D3H
RAM: 2 x 8GB DDR4 GSkill Ripjaws 4 (2400MHz)
Processor: Intel i3 6100
PSU: Antec VP450p

Now my query is whether I should by a single graphics card or 2 Graphics Card (Crossfire).
And for that particular graphic card which PSU I need to buy.

My Budget for Graphics Card is 10,000/- INR.

Always buy the single better GPU over two weaker cards, with SLI or CF you can run into issues such as micro-stuttering, heat, higher power consumption & driver issues/support.

for 10000 INR a RX 460 would be a good choice , at that budget there would be no good room for crossfire or SLI , if you can spend 4000INR more , you could get a RX470 which you could crossfire in future if you want to

Always buy a single good card unless your setup needs more than a GTX1080.
Gameplay is better without the dual gpu issues such as stuttering and screen tearing. Also, some games do not support dual gpu anyway.

It is a moot point, your 450w psu can not handle a single card stronger than a GTX1060, let alone two:

I do not know where you can shop, but I think you are looking at the GTX1050/ti class card.
