Crossfire/SLI Throttling Question

Hi.

I'm just curious, if you used SLI or Crossfire with two different brands, one has a poorer cooler and throttles clock speed at high temp will the other card also throttle with it regardless of temperature? I suppose it would have to right?

yes, clock speeds/memory speed are linked in that type of setup. could always put the pooer cooled gpu in the bottom slot, as the top slot card usually gets warmed because it's between the cpu and the 2nd card, so give the 2nd card the most room to breath.
