Crossfire win 10 showing, tried everything

I have a H97 motherboard with two R9 270 gpu's, if I install the msi CD I got with it I can enable crossfire but the driver is really old and outdated to newer games.

When I tried to update to a newer CCC or Radeon Crimson, there is no crossfire to enable anywhere. Been struggling for a week.

I did tuns of clean installations and both my GPU's work in device manager and are both enabled

System specs:
H97 gaming 3 motherboard
16 GB ram
I7 cpu
2× R9 270 gpu's
I run windows 10 pro 64 bit
