I want to start playing games on my desktop computer that I recently built for a minecraft server. It has an amd A10 5800k which is an APU with a HD 7660D. Im trying to play current games on high settings. Should i even use crossfire? as I've heard some games do not support dual graphics.

I've been thinking about buying the HD 6670 to crossfire it with it claims a "80% increase"
Would using an better independent GPU be a better idea?
Thanks guys :)

you cannot hybrid crossfire with the 7770. the bets card you can do it with is a 6670.

if you want my opinion, at this point of time, hybrid crossfire isnt good enough yet to be used well and a single gpu solution would be more beneficial.

Im in the $60-120 range...

I would just get a second 7770 for hybrid crossfire and call it a day .. personally not that the A10 is a bad processor or anything but going much over a 7870 your going to more then likely see processor bound limitations.
