Hi there,
i'm thinking about buying a laptop with the AMD A10-8780P (Carrizo) and a Radeon R7 M360.

My problem is, i don't know if the APU's GPU ("Radeon R8 series") and the dedicated R7 M360 can work together in some kind of Crossfire or Dual Graphics mode in order to increase (gaming) performance.

If that would be the case it would be a really nice option. Otherwise i would probably rather spend +70€ for a i5-6200U with Nvidia 940M.

So, is there any way to know for sure? Does someone maybe have that configuration in his laptop?

Solution
They work together in dual graphics, but they are still weak, The 940m will outperform them by far. For reference the R8 M365X (that is the r7 m360 with the carrizo running together) is pretty much the same as the gt 920m and the gt 940m has close to double the performance of the 920m.

Thanks for that clear answer.
It's really a shame, i wanted to stay with AMD, but their last 2-3 generations are just not viable, and i don't want to wait for the Zen APUs.
