i want to upgrade my grafhics card 7970 and i want crossfirex to 6990 with 7970 it is possible or not please help me

Not possible. You can crossfire a 7970 with another 7970 or with a 7950, but that's it.

Current 7990 and 7970? It's probably possible, but I certainly wouldn't recommend it.
