Crossfiring VS buying a discrete gpu ?

so my pc is amd kaveri a10 7860k. with 8gb (2x4gb) of ram @1333mhz.
my question is do i better off buying a r7 250 and crossfiring it with the integrated graphic, or just buy a dedicated graphic ( GTX 750ti 2gb ) ? which will perform better on gaming ?

Don't bother with iGPU hybrid crossfire, it's a buggy mess. Get the 750Ti minimum, though you can buy the 950 for only about $10 more usually
