i think he wants a crosshair overlay for his monitor that will cover cs1.6 giveing him advantage when he use's a sniper rifle with no crosshair( so he can have the scope more on tartget,,

or his crosshair wont go away.

first one would be a hack and a violation of the game
a restart should fix the other
