Crosshair VI Hero no post, 07 q-code, dram LED lit, CPU ok

Hello all,
I am having some issues with my system. I tried applying a basic overclock on a Ryzen 7 1700 (from 3000 to 3200 MHz on auto voltage) and the system will not post. The q-code displays a 07 code. The dram light is lit, meaning there might be a problem in that department. However, the lights and fans in my case still glow. I have tried clearing CMOS. I am on bios version 902 (if that helps) Any help would be appreciated. Specs are listed below.

Bios 0902 was with the original release so you should update to address your RAM properly and for better stability.
Best method is to use your rear IO panel and update from a USB. That way you don't need access to Bios.
Use an empty USB formatted to fat32, download the latest Bios file from ASUS Support. Powerdown your system, insert the USB into the correct flashback port and push the flashback button for 3 secs till it starts to blink. It will take a couple of mins to complete and when finished your done. Remove the USB reboot and go into Bios to check your RAM settings and Timings are correct.

I have now tried flashing multiple bios' and it still won't post. I am now receiving a q-code of 67 or 8 (not 08, but 8 and blank after that)

Qcode 67 is initialization of the DXE environment and 8 is an error of hardware so it could be one of a number of things as 8 is not documented.
FYI:
The (DXE) phase is where most of the system initialization is performed. Pre-EFI Initialization (PEI), the phase prior to DXE, is responsible for initializing permanent memory in the platform so that the DXE phase can be loaded and executed. The state of the system at the end of the PEI phase is passed to the DXE phase through a list of position-independent data structures called Hand-Off Blocks (HOBs).

Try to boot with just one DIMM in the first socket and try switching modules around.
Check they are seated correctly and if you can't boot then there is a problem with Hardware.
Just which piece of hardware is difficult to determine without benchtesting.
Besides your Qcode LED there are a series of LEDs. RAM, VGA, CPU and Boot. Do any of them stay lit.?

The RAM led stays lit (has the color orange). Update: I have found that flashing the 902 bios gives me an 8 (not 08, 8 and no digit after) and flashing the newest non-beta bios gives me a q-code of 67 (still no post). Hope this is useful!

About to rma the board. I have tried every bios version from 902 to the most recent.

The RAM_LED remaining lit is an indication that something is wrong with your RAM.
Rather than an RMA of the MB at this point, I would try a different RAM kit.
Most retailers will allow a return if they don't work.
List your RAM part # or check the MB QVL to see if they are a tested kit.
If still no go then yes RMA the MB.
