hi everyone, im thinking of building a £4700 gaming pc next year, im thinking of getting the lian-li pc case or cooler master h500P case. i'd prefer the h500p as it has 2 200mm fans. however, looking at the dimensions, the board is slightly bigger, being at
12.0079 x 10.9055 where as the case dimensions for an eatx pc board is 12" x 10.7") it is stupid that im asking, but would it just about fit? (i already have the 360mm sat on my shelf)(another stupid question, should i buy a new aio however, it was used for less than 30 days but wont be used until after 10/11/23. would that still be ok?)
Full pc specs for next year:

I have fit many e-ATX motherboards in cases that state a max of ATX, that being said it usually will cover up the cable management holes and be a super tight fit.

A year is a long ways away. By then Intel Raptor Lake and AMD Ryzen 4 will have been released along with Nvidia's 40XX series graphics cards. Best to start these threads no earlier than two weeks before you plan on purchasing. With that said with your budget I'd run that build like this if I were making the purchase tomorrow.
