Problem: CRT monitor display is consistent but "flickery" (idk the technical term) on a new computer (CRT WORKS FINE ON THE OLD ONE!) it's like where you look at a white spot and instead of it looking white you randomly see black there and it's really annoying and usually occurs when you have a refresh rate problem
What I've tried:
- Changed the refresh rate to 75 Hz: it seemed to work to stop the "flickery" look but then my monitor turned off shortly
- Changed my resolution to 1024x768: this is what it was on my laptop that I use this monitor for as well but it made my monitor turn off as well
Edit: My computer now is an AMD and the one the CRT monitor worked on had a NVIDIA card, I just thought that might be important to mention
