Crucial Ballistix Sport 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1600

To me these seem like the same two memory units, just different brand.... One is a good amount cheaper, so why would I not want the cheapest one right???

memory goes through validation so one brnad might ensure only higher quality units go in so lower failure rates

or one company provides better services and support

also check the timings and voltages of the kits

I would pick the vision tech...... without looking they were the most expensive pair?...I never had any set of ballistix ram where 1 stick didn't go bad in a very short time. ...... what about gskill if you don't want to pop on the VT? or are you buying pretty heat sinks?
